Editorial responsibility
Upgraded Intelligence is published by The Upgrade Authority Ltd. Editorial responsibility sits with its research desk, which sets the research question, method, quality gates, language and correction decision for each public output.
Conclusions must follow the disclosed evidence. A result is withheld when the available sample, coverage or identity evidence cannot support the claim being tested.
Commercial separation
UpgradedPM applies selected findings in property management and may link readers to the underlying research. It does not change research definitions, quality gates, release files or conclusions. Commercial relevance can shape the questions studied, but not the answer reported.
Release provenance
An approved national observation release has a dated identifier, a public manifest, disclosed coverage and quality measures, checksums and an entry in the release register. Those files are retained as the evidence used at publication time.
The first public area layer, dated 18 August 2026, predates the immutable national manifest series. It remains available for historical comparison, but it is not counted as an approved national release. The approved national register begins on 20 August 2026.
Corrections
Typographical repairs that do not change meaning can be corrected in place. A change to a figure, method, interpretation or conclusion receives a dated explanation on the affected output. An immutable release file is not silently overwritten.
A correction request is assessed against the source record and the published method. The outcome is recorded even when the original conclusion stands.
Funding and relevant interests
Any external funding, sponsorship or commercial interest that could reasonably affect how an output is read will be disclosed on that output. A funder does not receive the right to suppress an inconvenient result or rewrite a conclusion.
