Interpretation boundary

What this release cannot prove.

  1. 01

The map counts active representations, including separate representations of the same property. It does not count unique homes.

  2. 02

Discovered records and current representations are not counts of unique homes.

  3. 03

One property can remain represented more than once until identity evidence clears the publication threshold.

  4. 04

A completed grid cell describes the collection pass, not proof of complete market inventory.

  5. 05

A capped grid cell reached the returned result ceiling and can understate local density.
