Our purpose
Make property evidence more useful without making it look more certain than it is.
Property questions rarely fit neatly inside one dataset. A sale record, an energy certificate, a planning entity and a live advertised state each describe a different part of the same market.
Our job is to preserve those differences, connect evidence carefully and publish analysis that another person can inspect. That means showing the source, date, geography, analytical unit, sample and limitation alongside the conclusion.
