What the evidence shows
Coverage boundaries differ materially.
The property-reference layer covers Great Britain, Price Paid covers England and Wales, and private rent and council-tax tables cover England. UK-wide analysis must respect those gaps.
Update speed differs by source.
Observed markets can change daily, while official series arrive on monthly, quarterly or annual publication schedules. A joined analysis inherits the slowest relevant release.

Readers can inspect the upstream definition and timetable rather than relying on a proprietary source label.

What this release cannot prove
- This note reports loaded source coverage, not property-level join completeness.
- Source publishers can revise historical rows and definitions.
- The aggregate register cannot expose licensed raw fields or property-level records.
