Upgraded Intelligence expands UK property evidence map to 464,656 current records
The 22 September release adds 97,874 mapped current record representations, improves national grid completion to 99.48% and keeps the distinction between evidence coverage and market growth explicit.
Bristol, 22 September 2026. Upgraded Intelligence has published a new national property evidence release, expanding its UK map from 366,782 to 464,656 mapped current record representations.
The publication now includes 97,874 more mapped representations than the 9 September release. It covers the same 3,847 cell national grid, while grid completion has improved from 99.32% to 99.48%.
Evidence coverage, not market growth
The 26.68% change describes growth in the published evidence base. It does not mean that UK property supply, listings or market activity increased by 26.68%.
The release counts current record representations rather than unique homes. One property can remain represented more than once until identity evidence clears the publication threshold. Movement can reflect collection, geolocation, identity evidence and the current market cross section, with missing values and unresolved identity questions still retained rather than estimated away.
A stronger national comparison base
The latest release completed the defined collection pass in 3,827 of 3,847 grid cells. The number of capped cells fell from 26 to 20, while the evidence register reached 39,526,283 dated market states.
The release comparison gate accepted 339 of 361 local authorities. An area qualifies only when both releases use the same method, reach at least 90% collection completion, remain within a five percentage point completion shift and contain at least 20 allocated records in the baseline.
“A bigger dataset is only useful when its limits stay visible. This release extends the evidence base while keeping dates, methods and missing values attached to every reading.” Upgraded Intelligence
